I will be completing my Mat Leave this March and wanted to know if there was an option to avail WFH post Mat Leave as I am still nursing my infant and whether I can consult HR for the same.

You can raise an exception request for Returning mothers till child turns 1 year and get it approved by your people lead, HR and DM.

Will the expectation be to WFH from base location or can I work from any other location? As my family stays in a different place.

There is exception request for that too. If you want to work from non base location, then you can raise return to base location exception

One lady in our project got a few months extended WFH but it requires strong backing from your manager
