If it brings some motivation to you, let me just tell you that you might be easily worth above 25lpa upto 40lpa based on your role and expertise. By no means can your current job get you there. Switching is the only option. After lot of pleading or even resignation and retention, they cannot give you your true value in the long run. Onsite might be good but it is temporary.
