Is there a way to downgrade the HIS plan? Currently i have platinum plan and want to opt for normal plan..

Nowadays opting higher plan is foolishness. They takes more co-pay. Answering to your question, they enable to downgrade once in 2/3 years its seems. Am also on the same boat

As far as i have heard, at every level the base plan for HIS is fixed. So you cant downgrade. Also people who have seperately upgraded cant downgrade is what i know..but not sure...
