Trending @Accenture; Is there a possibility to move to Accenture Consulting
I am a developer in ATCi, but I have inclination towards consulting. Is there any path to get into consulting? Can anyone help. I have total 4 yrs of experience and 2 years in Accenture. Thanks
I am not sure what you expect here? Generally consulting is for functional consultants and you cannot leverage your consulting experience unless you become really senior and have a good amount of experience.
There are junior positions too right in Accenture Consulting... I wish to get in to Consulting.
Lateral movement across Accenture is very very difficult, I myself am MBA from top Indian college but during placement ATCI came for campus placement. I have 10+ years of workex and tried to move to Accenture consulting. But it hasn't taken place, easier option is to switch and then give interviews for Acc consulting.
