Is there a possibility to get promoted from L10 to L9 in the upcoming cycle if I have changed the project very recently. Previous project manager has assured me that I will be promoted in upcoming cycle but as the project got closure they had rolled off me on March end. Will I be notified about the outcome? I have total 8+ years of experience.
