Is there a concept of PIP in TCS?
PIP -> Performance Improvement Plan. Usually under-performing employees are put in PIP and fired. Never heard of TCS employees put into PIP and fired. D band employees are getting a negative hike but haven’t heard about them getting fired.

Yes, one of my colleagues is in PIP now, as they received C and D last bands. It totally depends on the leads if the feedback will be negative then HR will fire him.

Yes TCS has initiated PIP for D band employees. Not sure but TCS has planned employees to do force resignation. Step up and Move out.
