No .. but I got the release in 15 days .. and I was a “A” rater continuously for 4 years till 2023 .. every thing depends on your manager’s ethics .. if he/she is your well wisher .. they will support you for your career progression… alternatively… U have the pain in the buttt root … just say them that .. u r having some issue .. due to which .. u need an immediate release 😅
How did you convince HR to get released in 15 days and did you buy out rest of the notice period?
Bro I have tried but not getting early release, I m on good terms with my manager but still she is saying k you have to serve 90days can't do anything in that not in my hand and all those BS, So even if you are good with people not necessary you will get supported in your career basically very rare you get a well wisher.
