Trending @HCL; Is there a buyout option in hcl ?
If yes do we need manager's approval for it ? If he doesn't approve it, what alternative is there to get an early release ?

My hr needs vdu approval for everything & my vdu head is not confirming anything. He doesn't respond to my messages not mails since I rejected the retention offer. Is there any way to get early release ?

It completely depends upon how you deal with HR and also what relation HR has with your team. If the relationship is not good ,then they will follow the process and will not give any buyout.. Otherwise in good relations they will give buyout
