As per the company policy what I know..you can be released without buying out the notice period if your N+1 and HR head approves your early release however they do not release in most of the cases because it impacts their billing. There are 2 cases where you can be released immediately, 1. Medical reasons, 2. If you are willing to travel to abroad for further studies(you must upload the ticket or some such document which confirms you will leave on a specific date for further studies) this is what I remember written in their policy. I hope this is helpful
