6moTrending @Accenture; Is there 18 months criterion for ASEs to change their primary skill or project?
I am working on SAP but don't like it at all I want coding stuff like backend development especially in the MERN tech stack...could you guys please tell me what could be the procedure I have completed 13 months in Accenture 8 months in project

yes i was also trained in sap abap so work there for 2 yrs after that change primary skill to java full stack came to bench after 1.5 month got java project

Yeah I think 18 months is also one of the criteria. However I suggest you to look outside opportunity also asap. Internal switching is bit difficult.
