Is the tcs doctors feedback confidential from the employee?

Hi folks, can someone please let me know for this case what is the approach followed in our company. I have shared my medical documents and certificates with hr asking hr to validate those and extend my lwp. The hr has now mailed me stating that your leaves are approved and apply those leaves.But the duration for which I had asked they have given me less leaves from that. When asked for their feedback the HR says it’s confidential and isn’t concerned about my health at all. Do they really verify all things or just randomly discuss with manager and do things. Or is it on HR hands on how our request is proceeds further. I mean I want to hear and see what tcs doctors have stated on my medical documents.
