Is the same policy is followed in CTS, TCS and Capgemini?

In Infosys, we have a policy that if you attend 3.5hrs in office, it will be considered as wfo and remaining hours we can apply wfh. Also, depending upon project we need to work 3 days/ week or 10 days/ month. I am planning to switch TCS, CTS or Capgemini So I need to know the policy followed in these companies....
