Trending @Cognizant; Is the promotion to Associate automatic after three years if all eligibility criteria are met?

I received a 2-star rating in 2024 and a 5-star rating in 2025. This March, I will complete three years at Cognizant. I have also been consistently following the Return to Office (RTO) policy since the beginning of this year. Could you tell me if the promotion to Associate is automatic after three years, or if there is a project requirement I must meet first?
