My manager said it will likely open in October. Just wanted to double check here in case I am being played again.

Usually the narrative previously was that promotions will continue as usual in July and Jan irrespective of hikes getting deferred. Let's wait for 10th July results to see from the management

Wait till 10th July for q1 result. In no other lollipop then they will initiate appraisal and promotion window will open as well. Last year it opens on 7th July. Let's see.
