Trending @Accenture; Is the Notice Period negotiable in ACN?

I recently got an offer from BCG Gamma with a decent hike (35%). I was wondering if Notice Period is actually negotiable or not. I joined during COVID, and I really don't want to ask my manager about this.

I am not in a position to buyout my NP, so it will be really helpful to know if this is possible.

I have seen people leave Accenture with 15 day notice period. But those people were not having any work for the past several months.

it is if you have paid leave then you can negotiate but it's not much they wont entertain more than 2 weeks

Talk to your manager and he/she will ask you to check with HR. Then speak with HR.
