9moTrending @Accenture; Is the notice period getting reduced?
Currently when we drop papers, Is Accenture allowing us to reduce the notice period based on the present company situation? Or are they enforcing to complete 90 days? Cause it doesn't make sense to them also to pay extra for an employee rather than letting them go early

It depends on your project and manager.
My manager denied early release for a colleague stating that, if we give it to you then tomorrow somebody is going to ask the same.

But everybody's situation is different right. Not everyone are getting the same pay evn if same designation or yoe.
