A clear gender discrimination done by Capgemini? Which they claim that don't discriminate biased on gender/sex/orientation in their policies?.
You want an employee with a certain skillset & knowledge to do the job then why the gender of that person matter ?
So we don't value skill & knowledge anymore in the industry?
What should I tell my friend who's preparing hard that he can't get a job because he's Male. And because society somehow thinks all men are rich & don't need a job.
Earlier women were discriminated & now men why always you have to be on extremes why can't you be equal & have equal opportunity.
This isn't discrimination. This is just encouraging the existing employees to REFER an opportunity to the gender that has been systematically oppressed for centuries- women. Your male friend can still get a referral and appear for interviews. They are just encouraging you to refer women. This is an incentive for you to refer your female friend. Women will still have to go through interviews and it will still be a skill based assessment.
What is the logic? How my male friend will get a refferal & female will not ?
It's quite the opposite all females got the job because of diversity hiring with zero skills and backlogs. And my male friends with 9 cgpa plus skills are struggling.
