Is the job market really slow right now, or is my resume not strong enough to get shortlisted?
I am currently working on the CP4i stack, mainly IBM App Connect, API Connect, MQ, and Event Streams. Recently, I started applying for new jobs, but I keep getting rejection emails like this:
“We regret to inform you that after careful consideration, we have decided to pursue other candidates whose application more closely aligns with the specific requirements of the position.”
The thing is, I am getting rejected without even getting an interview call.
So I am confused is the market down, or do I need to improve my resume ?

Why do you think that is? You have to improve your resume, add fake achievements with AI, add more metrics to make it sound good, learn the stuff that you have lied about in the resume really well while you continue to apply to jobs via referral with this new resume you've made that's full of lies and then lie even more about it in the eventual interview you will get.
