Trending @Accenture; Is the industry still down or recruiting has restarted?

Hi folks, I'm currently on redeployment phase in Accenture Operations, my process got shutdown, I tried applying a lot through market place, not even getting a call. I'm looking outside too for opportunities, parallely, no luck so far on that side as well. Is the industry still down and haven't recruitments restarted yet? I'm so stressed and anxious!
