Is the Indian startup hustle actually worth it?

There is so much noise right now about how working weekends in your 20s is the only way to build a great career.

Honestly, watching my friends at high-growth startups literally balding at 28 while making the same base pay makes me so grateful for my boring enterprise job. I log off at 6 PM and actually have a life outside of work.

Is the startup hustle actually worth it, or are we just sacrificing our health to pump up a VC's portfolio?
