Is the Indian job scene this bad?

I'm based out of the USA and keen to move back to India. Everyday I get 2-3 reach outs for jobs based out of the USA but hardly any for jobs based out of India. I have set my preferred location as India, but no luck.

Would recommend to lower expectation if u want to come back , also remember indian startups have way more working hours then us. Just my views might be wrong
