GPTW is actually a paid thing, just like any other business they have their own model. The only benefit a company gets is their tag, they basically sell 'Name Trust' to companies while the reality in most organisations is completely different. I've personally worked on this for 6 months in 2022. The company I earlier used to work for was planning for it and there was a whole process that GPTW team gave us to do.

Yes, it's basically a tag based on a survey and few other things may be. But company culture may be completely opposite. Like any other thing in India, this is also on sale apparently. In fact company management can behave erratically after this tag.

Just read about what GPTW firm did with their CEO !!

What happened? Tell me. I'm about to join GPTW

"Great Place To Work" tag goes to my WFH setup in my home only if there is minimal workload-- And that's a dream

The biggest of the biggest joke in the universe

For Accenture, yes 😂😂

Brother a corporate by definition is a place where you’re exploited (exceptions apart)
Statistically its very hard to bring together a group of adults in a society where most are kids mentally (including myself). So yes while it make be the case in very small tight knit setups that its a place where majority of people enjoy working, not true for conventional workplaces.

It's just another tag which you can buy with money.
