Is the buy out option there in tcs?

My frd was in bench, after putting paper he was released from prj. After 1 week in bench he came out of TCS. They reduced the notice period. Another case will be like if ur manager is ok u can buyout. Another case is show that u r going to an higher studies

Unless u r in bench it's highly impossible without manager approval
