Is the Band only depending on RTO?
I suddenly got a call from my delivery manager on Jan 10-11 and he said you're not following WFO, nad band may get impacted by it.
Then onwards I'm following it, I got IPF 4.67 and appreciation mail also.
I'm in digital and securing A/B band is necessary and if I get A band, then I may ask for ITA promotion too.
I see conversation reg band distribution and RTO linkage, I have doubt if band distribution is only based on RTO?
Are you RTO compliant after Jan 11th??
You will get A or B. Dont bother.
Getting A will not necessarily get you a promotion.
I have heard 3 consecutive A bands will ensure that I'll get a promotion, I got two A bands, so not sure if I can ask for ITA after getting B
No such thing. I know people who got promoted just after 1 yearly appraisal. That too with a B grade.
All of these consecutive A band stories are to make you work harder.
Simply put, if your manager wants to promote, he can promote you during any promotion cycle.
