Is the anniversary appraisal raise percentage fixed in tcs?

I joined tcs on 16 May 24. So my fav is in May. My role profile is as a sap security consultant.

My manager has not set any goals for me, i reminded him on 31st Jan.

He seems good I don't know if I am being naive since I am a fresher. I don't want to get c since I will be trying for Digital incentive.
