Is that true that zoho does not hire folks who are experienced more than 6 years ?

I tried to apply but no response from teams one of my friend from zoho said that they wont hire who are experienced more than 6 years 😟

That’s a very interesting way to scale up at less cost. Jr engineers are the ones who slog and the ones who remain becomes managers etc . Just need to take care of people dont become complacent.
