Is that frontend engineer count as software engineer 😑
I'm frontend engineer and I written in my LinkedIn headline and so many people tell me write specific frontend. Software engineer just confused the hr's and recruiter. Any help?
They do count as software engineer. The HRs who tell you otherwise are stupid. Maybe they are telling you that so their search gets better when they are loooking for very specific skill. You can try writing both Software Engineer | Frontend.
Also would advice you to upskill and atleast start with nodejs based backends first coz just knowing the how to make the javascript frontend of a website in a world with phone apps, AI, server optimizations and core engineering is a very small skillser
I have Idea about backend, ci/cd, and react native. I worked on that tech previously. But I'm searching for frontend role specific but idk where to mention this things. Maybe in a about on LinkedIn? Or may be in cover later
