Hi all recently I have completed the interview process at oracle and then received offer of 18.5 lpa with all as fixed and also like I have 2.2 years of experience could you please tell if that's nice.

Congratulations! It's a nice offer. From what I heard from one of my friend who is now ex-Oracle, they offer good joining salary, but there will be no or low year on year increments. So do check if that's a concern for you.
