Now, people are receiving mails with their marks. Earlier, they used to mention only cleared or not cleared. What is the pass percentage for TechLeap ?
Many are telling TechLeap is been removed for promotion. If no TechLeap, then what is criteria and eligibility for associate to get promoted to analyst ?
Techleap is a scam and nothing else.
Techleap is still there however there is no default promotion anymore, your leads need to take a call on promotion, now catch is that , in case you are not in chargeable role then at ASE level its fine however its you leads responsibility to ensure a chargeable role for you before promotion
Yes, now techleap is removed for fastrack promotion and default promotion too. One of my team member got promoted last month with 18 MAL because of his work without techleap.
