Is tech literally dead in Mumbai?

There are far too less dev opportunities for Senior positions (12+ YoE) with competative salary in Mumbai when compared with other cities like Pune, Delhi NCR, Hyderabad and Bangalore.

I think the good companies are very very less here and hence the pay is also wayy low then what one can get in bangalore or pune, even I am finding a job here as parents don't want me to go to bangalore, Pune is fine for them🥲
But there are hardly 6 to 7 good tech companies here who pays good compensation, all other are just paying in the range of 6 to 10 lakhs(I am talking about fresher as I am one) but now thing is I am getting this much as an intern working remotely and now most of these companies are telling that your compensation is high and we can't afford, I am like wtf🥲
I see so many openings and senior roles in Mumbai
