Trending @Accenture; Is Tech Leap just a Myth
I got to know from some seniors that no one gets to clear TechLeap. It is difficult to track the marks and cutoff to clear Tech leap, as they only provide “You are not eligible for promotion ” in the results.
Can anyone confirm if they have actually cleared Techleap and got early promotion or its just another Myth
Yes it's a mythical pokemon that's sighted only once a decade.
The criteria, cutoff and results are shady. Now tho lot of managers also control the result. It definitely ain't a myth, i myself cleared it on my second try and got promoted before my default promotion.
I cleared the techleap but didn’t get any updates from the lead and managers for the promotion. I also took support from the HR as well, but they didn’t even reply to my emails and teams messages. It is totally unprofessional. Neither they are promoting nor rejecting.
When it started during covid, folks were getting pass easily, i have seen some juniors, but now i think there is something fishy, one of my junior didn't pass and it was unexpected .
Actually there are many things which fall under the criteria such as cutoff marks, your performance in the project and also the repo with managers. It's not a myth, because I got it cleared after the exam and got promoted. I chose the Azure Foundation course. Many friends of mine have also cleared but they chose the schools based on their project skill set and after discussing with their seniors and managers.
It is not myth, you will never get any results or cut off marks. There is a percentile system for tech leap

For the teachleap,many people has passed and promoted but it depends on the school that you are selecting.Suppose if you select azure or aws,there is too less chance in getting passed as every one is choosing it with the helpp of du*ps
