Is TCS to IBM worth it ?
Hi Folks, I am in talks with recruiters at IBM and they will be rolling out an offer within a day or two. I am currently in TCS and looking for a change in a Product based company where there is much larger impact but now I got IBM and the thing which is bothering me is they also have a cruel 90 days NP. I have 2 YoE and I am a full stack dev. My ultimate goal for which I am grinding for years is FAANG or equivalent companies, But due to TCS harsh NP and bad image I ain't getting those companies attention.
Can you guys guide me here, Should I take the offer from IBM resign from TCS and look for PBCs during 90 days NP ?. OR accept the offer later when I don't get any PBCs during 90 days.
Bro you got a loophole , resign , ibm is good for back up , try giving interviews to good companies back to back and win the best
Yeah I will but what if I didn't find any other offer and then I had to join another service based company
