I see that many of BA'S getting terminated from our project and even manager treated one of colleague saying will put on pip and terminate if ur not meeting expectation... Is it really that easy for tcs manager and hr to terminate an employee just bcoz he is paid highly among the team members...

Not sure, because I haven't heard anyone get fired because of performance. I have seen people fired due to security incidents but this is true that if you have higher responsibilities then there is no security in IT anywhere not even in tcs.
