Is TCS really following the WINGS program properly?
I have 7 years of experience, and they asked me only some very basic, non-technical questions. I was confident about my answers, yet they marked me as failed, citing static or insufficient technical knowledge.
This raises serious concerns about whether the evaluation process is genuinely fair and transparent. I would like to understand if others have faced similar experiences — is the WINGS program actually being implemented as intended?

this is another type of trap/scam... the organization wants to waste your valuable time by asking you to do all these courses, attend trainings ... none of them are of any use ... u realize this once you have been released to RMG, a d show all.these competencies that you have acquired and RMG or the next project cares about none of them!
These courses are just time wasters to keep you busy, and yourself focus away from job market skills trends a d salaries, so that one does not find time.to.view those things. DO NOT fall into TRAP.
BTW, is there any WINGS 10 program to be the CEO of TCS! 😀

What was your role and what basic questions they asked ?

Currently I Am C2 IT analyst. Aspire Role is Java Full stack Developer. Question : Basic Intro.? What Technologies used for front end.? Different Between JSP and Anglaur.? Communication with Two Component File.? How to check logs.? how you handles Prod Issue.? What Is Index.? Different Between Procedure and Function.?

Obviously these are basic but technical questions and if they failed you then definitely they have found your answer not satisfactory

Too many people passed wings, they didn't have budget so they reduced hike. Still more people passed so they started either failing or not giving distinction to reduce count.

Evalutors are just like you and me and we don't have any instructions to fail.or pass anyone ....
Think before posting illogical messages

Dont fall in this trap... there are only few couses and very less chance they will allign with your skills.
