Hey everyone, a Lil birdie has told me that TCS is in loss for this quarter and to compensate they have decided to give everyone 2% flat hike
Has anyone heard about it?

At the rate things are goin, I am surprised if they don't bring down the salary. Hike is a myth lately.

They won't give flat.. They give more to good performers.. They might reduce for low band

Maybe but that's what I have been hearing about. I hope they provide the hike as per bands otherwise it's just pathetic. No need to work out asses off
