Is TCS prime worth it? 9LPA

I referred to various websites like Quora, Reddit and more and the common thought it Will ruin my career.

I have pretty decent skills like fullstack and cloud, worked with 15+ freelance clients in the past..

And will it be hard to switch later? I'm looking for something in the range of 18LPA to 30LPA...

Many companies need that iit tag which I don't have
