Those far guys are sleeping after the lunch because they have rapport and connection with the leadership. They are not going to be kicked out instead they will be replaced by an innocent hardworking guy who is good at his job and not involved in boot licking

It will be blessings for some and curse for most of them . Those fat guys who used to sleep after lunch thinking TCS is their government job will not get job outside

A strategy should be set in such a way so as to train employees who have outdated skills and redeploy them is a healthy idealogy, top management idea is not restructuring, its pure cost cutting to earn profits. Thinking of 10 employee count can do 1 billion dollar business to earn 100 billion dollars is their kind of idea and intention, those companies that implemented this approach have closed shutters is the history

Leeches are not stuck. They want to suck from the organization. Unfortunately some genuine individuals will also lose their job along with leeches.

Sleeping doesn't matter much, deciding the career life of other poor, unhelpful subordinates , creating bias & doing negative micromanagement, ideally those people need to be laid off.

If these people guided them well, why there's need for restructuring?

No one is blaming them, practically you cannot defend while goals setting, updating comments, tracking progress, whether all managers stay honest, update everything to top management as is ? Why layoff subordinates then ? We are discussing to keep everything back again in a positive way only. No one has to intention not to work, they have to be guided by seniors, there will be no bias then

These kind of insulting words won't help. Once you get into those roles, you will see things from whole new perspective. It os easy to comment. Let the time come when you are with responsibility in professional and personal life and liabilities. It is not appropriate to blame seniors those served years to fulfil needs sacrificing personal and professional time.
Not everyone is so lazy and they also want to learn but just becase most kept avoiding responsibilities, they are burdened
