Is TCS is cheat or only am feeling that 🤔
Huge portion of salary is getting marked under QVA ,other variable pay and retention. Summing all this values and coming up with CTC . But Management is cutting more than 50% and some are getting below that . Then what’s the purpose of adding it in CTC .

I get your frustration. The CTC can be misleading with all those variables, but it's a common practice in many companies to make offers look better.
