If TCS will not give wfh, will you go to office in this situation? I think people should be more sensible for their own safety. If you feel you should avoid going to office, you should not go in this situation. You are replaceable for TCS but not for your family.
But, if I don't attend the office and then become a defaulter, then who will be responsible for this? It's better, if we go through the proper channel and get Exceptions from WFO officially!
Just look for your safety.. They might adjust RTO for this quarter accordingly.
TCS buildings are one of the most dangerous places to be in such situations, the amount of people that are stuffed inside these buildings can easily make them the target of drones, especially in areas like Delhi which are relatively closer to Pakistan.
