Its a big unit with many opportunities but also has legacy systems and legacy old people who do not want change

No, its not a good project at all, in other project you can ask release and fight for that but once you are in GEM they will be act like a govt employee no one gonna release you even after you approach to HR, once you are in there you will feel like why i chose this project. All 20+ exp people are sitting in high positions and don’t want to leave tcs, all are biased including HR. Few of closest friend of mine are stuck in that project, one more thing you will see BPO level feeling once you are there and its pathetic.
