Is TCS following employee compensation as per market standard?

No standards here, they follow GHANTA standards.

The A/C temperature was being maintained at 29-30 at my base location when I asked them to reduce they said TCS standard is 25 and they will not reduce below it no matter what and told me that as I am sitting beside glass which gets heated due to sunny weather outside I must try to adjust.

But when it comes to salary and hike tehy dont have any standard and pay the least to employees.
