Yesterday they put me on below quater observation because i asked for release and i did wfh because my family needs me and they are refusing to accept Gess exception and saying it will be lwp or leave WTF,
Yes this is happening in many cases exceptions are being denied but you can always apply leaves .
If you don't apply leaves and don't come tomoffice even after warning and denied exception you will face disciplinary action.
HR is strictly asking employees to work in same way as well used to work in pre COVID era.
And believe me or not between Jan to April every IT company will ask 100 percent work from office . Amazon and Google announced allready.
There will always be few companies which will give 100 percent wfh but they existed pre COVID era as well

If your band is D in your previous appraisal they will initiate your PIP for 3 months. You have to submit your goals and your appraiser and reviewer should close your PIP. The process ends there.
