Is TCS Failing to Create a Win-Win for Employees and Management?"
I am thinking about the quarterly results of TCS. They mentioned a loss in Q4 and said that hikes are postponed because of these losses. My question is whether TCS is failing to create a win-win situation for both employees and management. Is TCS unable to build a system that benefits everyone? Do you all agree with this?

It was not a loss....it was huge huge profit,it missed estimates but it was profit only

Then what is wrong with the system? Why are they saying that delay in getting hikes 😕

They don't want to share the money inflow,the higher management impresses the boss like this...rupees is 86 to dollar and it is going down and down!All this projects are paid in dollars,they are making huge profit
