Is tcs doing layoff on the basis of rto % ?

Though I am in a project , working as a billable resource. My rto is very low its like 20 % since last 6 months . Never been in bench for more than 7 days ever since I joined .

Will it affect? I mean will they consider the rto % over the project allocation and client delivery with maintaining the billability??

Return to office percentage. Also called as Work from office (WFO) Index. You can check yours in 2office.

RTO is one of the factors, not the only. If bad time comes and associate is on bench in coming months, low RTO may be an issue.

I can’t confirm on it. But till now what I heard is only bench people with less rto is getting effected. Soon they can plan for allocated employee too if they have too otherwise no issue till that time. But recommended to maintain it now based on what we all are seeing.
