Is TCS digital worth it? Why do many people are leaving TCS digital and switching just after 2 or 3 years?

Because, you would still be underpaid compared to software industry standards. Earning 8LPA as a 3yoe engineer is not great, at least according to me. Also, pay isn't the only problem here. Those who've got the skills, switch.

Is Digital worth it? Well, it doesn't hurt to double your pay from 3.5 LPA, if that's where you stand now. You could even choose to switch to increase your pay. What ever works for you.

Stay as digital for one or two years and switch. It's not worth it to stay after 2 years

Hey @BrownBuck51 can we switch from digital to innovator with wings 2 exam? Is it possible? I heard that it is near to impossible.

You have to do the courses and pass the exams. Exams and all ,can be passed if the materials are read properly.
