Is tcs checking 9 hours ,currently I am sitting around 4 hrs max on a daly basis ,

As per HR, 3-4 hours clocking is required. Less than 1 hour strictly No No....

nowhere it is written or even mandatory.

Yes correct.... But you know it is TCS HR.... They are confused people who are good in confusing people.... So, better to clock some minimum hours rather than staying for less than a hour.... Enjoy a cup of coffee, sit and relax in cafeteria and then leave... Who cares? Afterall everyone knows that WFO is just another instrument to 🪛 screw employees....

Ask Bangalore, Think Campus, BFSI unit people who are doing Permanent WFH even though they have permanent seats allocated to them in the office. Whereas other vertical emoloyees are sitting in cafetaria, lobby, open space, toil3t... because the open ODC doesnt have enough capacity and other employees dont have access to other floor and buildings.. Anything can happen here.. Too much bureaucracy.

How come permanent WFH? I guess you need to go through exception process which is very difficult to achieve and even after exception approval they expect you to be hybrid, like 2-3 days a week.

This is happening and employees from that unit doing continous WFH and they have permanent seat allocated where noone can sit because that floor or building is not open ODC.

I enjoying WFH from 1 year without going office. I get full salary with bonus. Grade too. So its just a spoof of strict policy that visit the office. Even if you WFH no one can keep track of each employee there is no backend software development for ultimatix to keep track of each employee each day tracking system.
Until this system comes enjoy at home and dont rent in other cities save the penny

For the time being no one is monitoring it. It was said during a HR call.

I'm staying only 1-2 hrs

I stay for 2 hrs Max. No odc for me. As said only days are counted for now.
