Is TCS a great place for women to work?
Lately feeling that TCS is not egalitarian at all. I feel that the way I have seen male employees covertly flirting with female employees creates an environment of hostile work environment.
Sorry you have that experience. But there are a lot of women who are happy with their colleagues in general. As regards flirting it goes both ways. It's natural where both sexes are put in one place - of course not always but it happens. I happen to know several couples who found their soulmate in office. So there can be a happy side to it too.
Overall in the name of job security they exploit associates and not only for women it is equally hell of a place for men . And HRs behave like project manager pay them , hrs don't have any stand in TCS
No I have never felt that way. People mind their own business. Just be strong and maintain boundaries.
If you are in a situation where your male employees are harassing you, just point a camera at their face.
Other than that, some men and women might genuinely like each other and that doesn't mean it's a toxic environment
Not at all..they exploit everyone equally. They don’t discriminate any gender when it comes to exploitation.
