Is switching jobs so necessary?

It's been over two years since I joined my company. For me, priorities like family, comfort, and work-life balance have always taken precedence over chasing higher pay. I believe that staying with this company will allow me to balance my personal and professional life, especially as I focus on my future family.

I've had this conversation with my fiancee and he is okay with me staying in my comfort zone. And he's ready to hustle.

However, with many of my colleagues recently leaving for better opportunities, I'm starting to question if I'm making the right decision.

I'd really appreciate your thoughts and advice on this."

Yes switching is necessary because switching doesn’t necessarily mean that your work life balance will take a hit in the newer company. Who knows if you get even a better work life balance out there compared to here!! You have to grow professionally as well along with handling your personal priorities.
