Trending @Accenture; Is still bench people's are getting layoffs?

I too got a call from my manager, amd he said that i have been in the same project for 2 years so they are planing to roll me off in comming future so that i can grow more and learn something new from other project.
My doubt is, will they provide me a 3 months notice before rolling me off, or they will just suddenly call me one day and inform me that from next week you will be rolled off...??
