Is starting work after 12pm allowed?
Hi everyone,
Is it possible to start working after 12pm in any big product companies in India?
I know this is allowed in service based companies where their clients are in the US.
But would love to know the scenarios in big product companies as well. Please share your experiences and thoughts here. Thanks!

Is it the case for your manager and others in your team? Did you decide the work timings on your own?
Depends on team to team basis. In most product base, there are no fixed timings for non-operations teams. We can take multiple breaks of 1-2 hours throughout the day, you just need to submit the work at the end of the sprint.
Thanks for the insight. I assume the breaks are excluded in your work hours and you would need to be present in the office working for ~8 hours. Am I right?
